Program Breakdown:

  • Prep Week (Jan 27 – Feb 3):
    Get ready to succeed with initial cardio and strength fitness tests and body composition scans to establish your starting point.

  • Build Phase (4 Weeks):
    Focus: Hypertrophy (muscle growth)

  • Burn & Power Phase (3 Weeks):
    Focus: Cardio endurance and athletic/functional movements

  • Strength Phase (3 Weeks):
    Focus: Strength training with lower reps and heavier weights

  • Wrap-Up Week (Apr 13 – Apr 20):
    Celebrate your progress with final fitness tests and body composition scans to see just how far you’ve come.
