Members may cancel at any time with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.

Absolutely! Members may request a pause of their membership for a minimum of one week and a maximum of three months, with at least one week's advance notice. The studio reserves the right to reject or limit requests for frequent pauses, defined as more than one pause request within a 3-month period. Members are encouraged to plan pauses thoughtfully to ensure the integrity of their membership.

Our memberships are packed with perks! First up, you get access to our group fitness classes, all led by experienced trainers who don’t just coach—they care. Our workouts are intentionally designed using evidence-based programming, so you’re not just winging it. With a mix of strength training, HIIT cardio, and active recovery classes, we’ll help you build real progress while keeping things fresh and exciting.
Speaking of excitement, we go beyond workouts! We host fun fitness challenges, member events, workshops, and special programming to keep you motivated and connected. Plus, we’re all about helping you track your progress. Members get access to regular fitness testing for strength and cardio, as well as our body composition scale to measure those wins you can’t always see in the mirror.
And don’t forget the little extras that make a big difference—like our cozy entryway with a free coffee bar (because coffee makes everything better), a comfy couch for post-workout hangs, and showers to make your busy life easier.
