  • Yes! Our certified personal trainers are experienced in modifying workouts to suit your individual needs, including adjusting for fitness levels or injuries. While our classes are group-based, you'll still receive personalized guidance to help adapt the workouts to your specific requirements.

  • We recommend arriving 5-10 minutes before the scheduled class time. This ensures you have plenty of time to check in, get set up, and not miss any important instructions or announcements from your coach. Plus, it gives you a chance to say hi to your fellow members and settle in before the fun begins!

  • Clean indoor shoes are a must—this helps us keep the studio safe and tidy for everyone. Beyond that, wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and ready to move! We recommend athletic wear that you can sweat in and move freely. No strict dress code here—just come as you are and get ready to crush your workout!

  • We get it—life happens! If you’re running late, no problem. Just check in with the coach when you arrive, and they’ll guide you on what to do.

    You’ll need to do a quick warm-up on your own to make sure you’re ready to move safely. Take a moment to review the workout on the screen, or ask the coach to help you figure out where to jump in.

    While we encourage everyone to arrive 5-10 minutes early to avoid missing important instructions, we’re here to make sure you can still join the fun, even if you’re a few minutes behind. Let’s get you moving!

  • Signing up for a class is super easy!

    • You can access our class schedule and book directly through the “Schedule” tab on our website.

    • However, the easiest way to book regularly is through the Mindbody app. Here’s how:

      1. Download the Mindbody app from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

      2. Open the app and create an account if you don’t already have one.

      3. Use the search bar to look up Split Fitness Studio and select us as your home studio.

      4. Browse our schedule, pick the class you want to attend, and book your spot!

    It’s quick, convenient, and keeps all your bookings in one place. See you in class!

  • Our classes are designed to suit most fitness levels, from beginner to advanced. Our trainers are skilled at providing modifications to help you get the most out of your workout, no matter where you're starting.

    That said, our workouts do involve moving between exercises quickly and often require the ability to get up and down from the floor. If you're mobile and ready to give it your best, we’ll meet you where you’re at and help you progress at your own pace! If you’re unsure if our classes are the right fit for you, feel free to reach out—we’d love to chat and help you decide.

  • Our classes are open to teens aged 16 and up. For teens in this age group, we recommend a parent joins them for their first couple of classes to ensure they’re comfortable and ready to attend on their own.

    For younger teens aged 13-16, we ask that a parent participates in class alongside their child each time to provide support and ensure a great experience.

    • Body Composition Scale: Want to track your progress? We have a body composition scale in the studio for you to monitor key fitness metrics.

    • Cozy Entryway: Our entryway is designed to make you feel right at home, with a comfy couch where you can relax or chat with fellow members before or after class.
